Shanghai Rich Garden Hotel

I booked a Taiwanese client and her African husband into the hotel only to receive a midnight call from them saying they were refused entry. The staff were extremely rude, even stating that the staff barely looked at them, spoke to them while playing video games. No manager was available and the scruffily dressed staff member just treated them like non entities. The lijia suisseplace is but a shell of its former glory. My company will not be supporting their business anymore

This is an acceptable location for visiting the megacity of Shanghai. The staff is friendly, but speaks English poorly. Excellent beds and matrasses. Breakfast was served in the neighboring hotel, where the breakfast room was crowded.

This hotel is just nice for business trip purpose. The room is very quiet and enough big. Some convenient stores are at surrounding space, you can walk to high class shopping center in 5 - 10 minutes. Shower and bathtub are just clean, I think it is much better than the other hotel of this class. Free internet access are applied to senior class room only, I recommend you to reserve this function when booking. Not recommend for European people because of the taste. Some of staffs are speaking element English. Nothing special, but satisfy the demand of standard users. I like it.
