I had problems with my Alipay account. Laura Cao, a front office staff, was extremly helpful and patient in resolving the issue. Without the assistance of her and her colleague, I would not be able to use Alipay, which is essential in PRC. Kudos to Laura and her colleague.

The location is a bit far from the city, but the breakfast had a good variety of options. However, it was unfortunate that the front desk staff were not very helpful — we weren’t given any directions to our room or told where the elevator was, so we had to find our way on our own. That said, the breakfast was quite enjoyable and pleasantly tasty.

My room on 8th floor is not a room of a 5 star hotel. Stinki and dirty. Dirty and Stinky. Carpet very old and dirty. Bathroom has spots on the floor. I would expect more for a 5 star hotel in this area. Maybe other rooms are better. Based on some good resessions it….
