Chengdu Tibet Hotel

A beautiful hotel, with a truly comfortable room and very well located that deserved the highest rating. But a group appeared that overwhelmed the breakfast room, and they did not know how to handle it. It looked like a lobster, which left the trays empty. And they did not replenish. There was no juice or coffee to drink. And there was little to eat. The next day, without the group, a very good breakfast. But IT WAS NOT OUR PROBLEM. And no one is returning that lost breakfast or the bitter moment. We complained and they also did not know how to apologize. The "robot" show was wonderful, but we saw it by chance and no one informed us where or when it would be repeated. Clearly very inexperienced

Excellent location with lots of food and amenities nearby. Speedy check in, smallish rooms, but good enough. Breakfast is good but a bit of a walk to get to, and food very spread out

We stayed for 4 nights - excellent modern hotel quite close to the very good and cheap metro service. Hotel had good sized rooms with bath and shower and comfy big (super king?) double bed and air conditioning. Lifts very efficient. Excellent buffet breakfast. Friendly and helpful staff.
