新酒店，是一个很好的高档楼盘改建的酒店，外部保安很严格，内部装修非常好，价格300多，要比旁边凯宴美湖合适的多。机场打车过来20分钟，走路10分钟可以到欧尚超市，也可以到凯丹很多餐饮选择。酒店服务也很好，内部装修是简欧风格。唯一不足是旁边是火车，晚上睡觉会被火车吵醒，否则这个酒店可以打满分

酒店距离机场不远，地理位置不错，环境算安静，附近好像有大商场，比较方便，只是门口修路铁皮挡住看到不容易，酒店大概十几层，大堂狭小，客房宽敞，比较干净卫生，客房里有电磁炉洗衣机，热水尚可，早餐在顶楼，要爬一层。

作为四星酒店（旅行社所说）酒店，大堂显然是不符合标准的。室内环境还不错，有大屏液晶电视，可以免费上网。卫浴环境还可以，不过热水一次只能持续供应40分钟，然后需要间隔一个小时，这个比较不符合四星标准。区位就更差些了，在开发区，周边只有欧尚、IKEA等家居商城及超市，但距离火车南站比较近。
