设施较陈旧，交通也不方便，离锦里、武侯有一点距离。较可取的就是价格十分便宜，而且楼下有全家、有711，晚上买吃的还算方便。

这个酒店为公寓式酒店，而且房间是分散在整栋大楼的不同楼层，与住户混在一起，安全相对来说不怎么样，入住的房间卫生间异味巨大，而且墙皮脱落严重，房间里边灶台但是住店谁自己做东西，而且也没有锅碗等东西，属于浪费的资源，房间最大的好处就是又个露天阳台挺好，因为是公寓式酒店基本上没有什么服务，除了每天打扫一下房间。
