The room is very big, the whole stay experience is very good, the service reception is also very good, very warm and thoughtful, any service is quickly delivered to the room, and I will often bring my family here in the future; The hotel has complete supporting facilities, the swimming pool is very clean, and the temperature is just right; the gym is also very complete, and there is a place specially prepared for children to play, the price is also reasonable, you will not think that it is a big hotel and the charges are very expensive; The outdoor swimming pool is very beautiful, but time does not allow it now. I asked the staff and they will open the outdoor swimming pool in summer, and there will also be water projects for children to play. I will bring my family here when the time comes. This place is very suitable for the whole family. Highly recommended!

This is a very large hotel on the south side of Chengdu in one of the new developments that are happening all around the city. The hotel as well as being built as a "venue "could almost qualify as a " resort " . There are 2 swimming pools, one open all year indoors and the other outdoor which is closed during the winter months. There are some spacious function rooms, which during our visit were being used by the property developers to promote and sell the homes and business opportunities available. The bedrooms are excellent (we had a standard room) which was more like a suite than a room. One of the best hotel rooms that I have ever been in! The staff were excellent, polite and friendly even though we had a language difference and worked ceaselessly to maintain the high standard experience. At the risk of repeating myself. One of the best hotels I have ever been in and some of the best staff!

The hotel is magnificent, the staff speak English and are very helpful. the lobby is big and very comfortable. The room is nice and modern, breakfast room impressive. restaurant nice, food is good, BUT I had to wait 35 minutes for a club sandwich while the restaurant was almost empty The biggest problem is the location. not only the hotel is 40 minute drive from city center, there is no metro in the area, there is not even one taxi station close by. when I ordered a taxi I had to wait for a very long time until it arrived
