Xichang Mini Apartment Hotel

The room is oddly designed with the bathroom dividing a room into two parts. one side with a bedroom and the other side with a small kitchen and a laundry area. The hotel is not new and it shows. The plus with this hotel is the breakfast, although mostly of local taste, but they will also make freshly grounded coffee with their expresso machine. The downside is a very unstable wifi on each floor. I ended up doing the internet on the first floor lobby which is mosquito infested.

I stayed in a family suite with 2 friends and it was really nice. There was a kitchen, bathroom, and 2 bedrooms - main with queen bed and small with single bed. There was a washing machine in the kitchen which really came in handy. The only problem was that there was no vent in the smaller room so it was hot with no air circulation, so I ended up buying a fan at Walmart (which is located conveniently right around the corner). The mattress was very firm and my back was aching after a few nights. This hotel was very clean. We only ate breakfast in the restaurant but it was very good. I would definitely recommend this hotel!
