Southwest Hotel - Urumqi

It is cheap and can be booked on hotels.com. This is about all I can say. It is like many of XJ hotels a bit "prison-ish" . Lots of half hearted security measure. I forgot my iPod there and when we went to get it they gave it back. It was missing the earphones and case. The location is not good unless you like jiaozi and there is a good place close. Book ahead (someplace else) and avoid it.
