The afternoon tea and happy hour at the executive lounge are also well worth experiencing. The hotel shows genuine recognition of elite member benefits by offering suite upgrades. It is highly recommended for travelers and those on leisure trips—especially elite members, who will truly feel a warm, home-like experience during their stay.

We booked the family suite with a bunk bed for our family of five, and the kids absolutely loved it! The bunk bed with a slide was a highlight, along with the thoughtful kids’ amenities and play items in the room. However, the hotel itself feels a bit old, and there was a lingering smoke smell in the lobby. A modern makeover would definitely enhance the overall experience. That said, what the hotel lacks in ambience, it makes up for in service. From check-in to breakfast to concierge assistance, the staff were all friendly and helpful, and they could converse in basic English, which was appreciated. The location is great, within walking distance to Nanqiang Pedestrian Street and Nanping Pedestrian Street, making it convenient for exploring the area.

Great location, comfortable rooms, excellent and sincere service staff. I did wish for fluffier and “fatter” pillows but everything else was wonderful. We deeply appreciate the staff who cleaned our rooms, especially a lady named 毕文兰 (Bi Wenlan), who was efficient and honest. Her genuine and subtle warmth and desire to improve the quality of our experience touched us. We would like to express our gratitude to all staff, including counter staff, cleaning staff and breakfast crew. Thank you.
