I spent 3 days in this hotel at room 1105, and every day there was a noise coming out of the wall, like hum from air conditioning, and it was especially loud when you are laying in the bed. It stopped every night at 2:00pm, no idea what was it, but it is just not acceptable. I had 3 terrible nights, and not slept well. My neighbour (room 1107) had the same problem, so it was something in the wall between the rooms... NB!! WiFi is terrible!!!

Clean, cheap, with comfortable bed, nice bathroom. Downside is located on a one-way road, going towards the airport, so you will have to drive around a very large block to get there. Additionally, you can't access it from the main road, because it is part of university of science & technology campus. Be prepared to walk or make a second trip around the block, if you miss the entrance which is well before the hotel. Also, add another 20 mins to your departure time if traveling by cab. They won't call one, will just take you out to main road to wait for one. If you can handle the transportation issues, then great place.

The reception staff are exceptionally sour here when compared with other Chinese hotels. The room was reasonably clean except for the filthy carpets...they only had children's size reusable plastic sandals which was unpleasant. Bathroom was pretty clean.
