Best Western Premier Richful Green

The 1st night was priced 399 RMB and the 2 other nights 999 RMB / night when hair was found on the bed, the floor was not cleaned, black mold stains in the bathroom. Upon my complain the beddings were changed and I had the manager visit the room. She did not offer anything but for me to leave as the hotel anyway was fully booked !

Stayed as part of a Nexus tour.Wrong room number given to us initially and woke someone else up trying to open the door.More like a Budget hotel. Room adequate but carpet very stained!. Fridge had a lock on it. Supplied toiletries- toothbrush fell apart! Only slept there one night ,thank god. Could Not find any English speaking channels on TV. No free water bottles. Breakfast area very cramped and not well catered for westerners, ran out of coffee cups and bowls. No foreign currency exchange.Free Wifi available. Lift very small, and difficulty getting luggage in it. My advice,stay somewhere else!

Nice room with tv, WiFi, kettle and tea. Our room was on the 16th floor. Very clean and the bed is not too hard by Chinese standards. There is a good view of the skyline of Hangzhou. Other people in our group were less impressed with their rooms and it would appear some have been refurbished and others not. Many of our group complained about the quality of the hotel and as mentioned some of the room design is unusual. Some rooms were open plan with an open toilet. We stayed on the 16th floor room 1603 , if you have a choice. There is reasonable storage in drawers and wardrobe. There is a bathroom and shower which is quite large. Breakfast was fine with some European options. It is in a secondary location but seems safe to go out especially as there is a very large police station nearby.
