Friendship Hotel Hangzhou

An interesting mixture of Japan and China close to the beautiful West Lake. The hotel is clean, rooms are very well apportioned and the bed delightfully comfortable. The pricing is fair and service good. Around the hotel to the north are some great Japanese restaurants - one specialising in the food from Okinawa. The really amazing thing is to eat breakfast in the revolving restaurant on the 20th floor. Don’t miss this

The Friendship Hotel is very conveniently located by the famous West Lake, needing only a short 5-10 min walk. The hotel Staff are very friendly and welcoming , and the rooms are of an excellent standard. I particularly liked that the hotel TV had HBO ! The breakfast is plentiful with a wide variety of western and Chinese food . The Revolving restaurant on the 20th floor is particularly good , offering panoramic views of the Lake. Overall an excellent stay and I would recommend this hotel to others .

Very nice hotel to stay in, with staff that speak english. Rooms were clean and well looked after, with wifi avalible. There was a huge breakfast selection. All kinds of foods avalible asian and western options. I enjoyed all the food I tried. The resturant at the top actually rotates around so you have 360 degree view of the city.
