A business hotel. Not good location for night walking. Clean and big rooms. Breakfast was not good for foreigners. Any shop in hotel or near the hotel. The pool located near a big gim hall but there was not towel and any tissue in toilet! Staff was friendly but they don't know English at all.

Convenient: it's an easy walk from the train station.  Fyi, checkout one of my attached pictures, the train station is on the left & the hotel is on the right.  Modern: Think Westin, JW Marriott or Intercontinental Hotel.  Great Service: The staff is very attentive, and when we asked for help with anything, they not only assist but their actions also showed they genuinely cared to make us happy.  In particular, Yugian who works at the front desk....when we checked-in & during our stay she went above and beyond to take care of us.  Thank you Yugian, you made us feel very welcome & comfortable!!

It's a Chinese owned and operated business hotel. Great view of west lake from 33rd floor. Very good and expansive breakfast and great a la carte menu choices especially western food. Great rooms, elegant design, spacious and well detailed with lots of amenities.
