Hai Hua Man Long Holiday Resort

Spent four nights here and mostly enjoyed the stay. Two biggest issues: non-English speaking staff made it impossible for this English-speaking visitor to get any issues resolved, and I could not get the heat to work at night, and 'biggest issue #1' meant I could not get help. The included breakfast was really good. The bed was comfortable, the wifi worked fine, and the room had an upscale quality to it. With being 'placed' here by my hosts, I felt trapped away from anything--no fast food or convenience store within obvious walking distance--that was probably the biggest drawback for me of the stay here.

Hotel: Hai Hua 4* I checked in at 10:30 and after a short time waiting, the room was cleaned. The staff was extremely friendly. The room was big and comfortable. Everything matches a 4 Star Hotel. (Minibar, Amenities, independent power supply... ) But the Internet in my Room was slow, so I didn't have access to many locations, like Facebook. The instruction for the Safe is dark and difficult to read, so an additional printout would be helpful Email works very fast but surfing on the Internet slow or impossible, maybe I have the wrong browser (Safari). The staff was very friendly and helpful.

It's the well located hotel in hangzhou , jus two mins away from the west lake n surroundings, and opp has Pizza Hut n also mall n jus walking a min distance is KFC n famous food restaurant name banana leaf and good night lounges in an around eg G+ disc , Worth visiting again for the location and the hotel is value for money
