Holiday Inn Express Hangzhou Grand Canal Hotel

Good hotel close to the university, cross the road very good local eateries and convenience stores. Rooms OK, smell of cigarettes everywhere. It is in the same building with HaiWaiHai International Hotel, people are confusing both hotels. Staff speaks a bit English, can order Taxi for you. If you have time take the bus, bus stop in the front of HaiWaiHai International Hotel - be aware of huge traffic jams.

The hotel is located in a good location. The check-in process was very quick. Service is ok. The breakfast is ok too. 90% Chinese food then 10% western. The only problem for this hotel is the name. This is not holiday inn. It is a Chinese hotel and not connected to holiday inn group at all.

A Very good hotel -Located in the heart of the city The rooms are very nice with excellent bed and pillows all staff are very good and there are staff in the reception who can speak./understand english well MINUS POINT - There is no restaurant to serve dinner /Lunch and even Snaks No restaurants are near by too
