Worst hotel ever. Aircon was broken and stuck at 26 deg. Room is stuffy even with windows open. Rang front office to complain and was told air conditioning system is not operating in autumn. Another family member in a different room has no issue with the aircon.

We stay here for 3 nights. No complaint at all. Is easy to locate the hotel if you come by metro. If I remember correctly, exit the station at D. Once u are at the ground level, look left and walk pass two intersections you will see the hotel. Hotel room is clean. Very convenient and short walking distance to the west lake and major shopping malls.

This hotel is nested in a convenient location. The MRT, night market, food and shopping are nearby. Even though the rooms looked old, they were clean and there was no smell of smoke. Toiletries were also provided. The front desk staff were helpful and friendly. Breakfast was good but the variety didn't change much as I stayed for for about a week. I would go back there again if I will to visit Hangzhou again.
