I start with the only negative note: the wi-fi in the room must be activated by someone from the hotel staff, otherwise it is only available in public areas. I don't know if this only concerns foreigners, but it wasn't a problem anyway. But let's get to everything else: the hotel is very nice with the cute little robots that travel between the lobby and the rooms for those who request outside food brought by riders. The rooms, not very large, but still comfortable, are furnished in traveler style, as was Marco Polo, and are available rental equipment, but also products for sale, according to the price list available in the room. Really good breakfast, served buffet style, with a prevalence of savory products, although there is also the sweet corner. Particularly welcome the express service of eggs and omelets, as well as tasty steamed ravioli. nice experience.

It's an old hotel. The rooms were dusty, probably because the whole city was dusty. The room was dark even with all the lights on. Breakfast is buffet and not highly Recommended.

A great location, being only five minutes walk from West Lake. The room was on the small side but clean, comfortable and well appointed. Breakfast was great. My big quibble, once again is the inability to deal with foreigners. The receptionist totally ignored me - the lead name and the person who was paying and opted to pretend I didn't exist and my Chinese partner was the main client. This is easily fixed by better training and just pisses me off. Otherwise this is a good choice.
