Ramada Plaza Haihua

Very decent hotel 10 minutes walk from West Lake. Cleanliness present, damaged shower handle, tea bags, soluble coffee, sugar and kettle available. The furniture deserves a refresh. 2 small bottles of water offered daily. Otherwise nothing to declare.

We had an enjoyable stay here. The rooms were pretty much the standard hotel rooms you find anywhere. The good thing is the place is clean, which is very important to me. The hotel is also conveniently located just across the road from West Lake, with plenty of eateries nearby. The staff were also friendly and helpful.. Overall, a good experience!

Haihua is conveniently located near to West lake. It's decor reflects character and the furniture are solid wood and very heavy. Probably owned by private owners, to invest in such quality. The front desk staff are friendly, understand English and of course if you can converse in some Chinese, would be an asset. Concierge, 小张, was very helpful and friendly. The hotel offers a very good value buffet dinner. Hairy crabs were in season, and I had loads of them.
