We stayed there in April. Booked via Elong website. No credit card was required. When we arrived, staff asked for full payment upfront but we managed to negotiate paying for each day separately. Room was on the 4th floor facing West Lake. A bit noisy during the day but very quiet in the night. Room is clean, towels and bed sheets are fine. Bathroom is good too. There is also a PC with free Internet in the room.
Now's the best part: LOCATION IS AMAZING!!! Just near West Lake. 15 min walk to Qinghefang street, 10 min walk to shopping area, close to American restaurant, French bakery and Carrefour supermarket.
Very good choice if you are a budget traveler or student.
