Hilton Hangzhou Qiandao Lake Resort

Even before our arrival, the hotel demonstrated excellent guest recognition. We received an email informing us of a complimentary room upgrade prior to check-in. Upon learning that we would be travelling with a child, Luna proactively assisted in changing the upgrade to a family-themed room the day before our arrival. The room was spacious, thoughtfully designed, and greatly enhanced our stay. I was particularly impressed by the thoughtful welcome gifts, which included local specialty biscuits, a bottle of tea, and a fridge magnet that served as a lovely souvenir of the destination. Unfortunately, the weather was rainy throughout our stay, but the resort still provided a relaxing and enjoyable experience. We spent much of our time enjoying the comfort of the room and the indoor pool facilities. The breakfast buffet was another highlight, offering a wide variety of choices that catered to different tastes. I would also like to thank Summer for arranging both an early check-in and a late check-out, which provided valuable flexibility and further enhanced our overall experience.

I stayed one night at the Hilton Qiandao Lake Resort, which is located on a peninsula overlooking the lake and just a short distance from the town. The hotel lobby has an high ceiling, perfectly framing the scenic lake views. I was given a spacious room with a balcony and a bathtub that also offered a direct view of the lake. Given the quality of the amenities and the views, the hotel offers excellent value for its price.

Located in the city center. You can take bus route 8 to bus terminal. No club lounge but give a free and high-quality set of afternoon tea to Hilton diamond members. Breakfast was great. Lake view and sunrise was fantastic.
