Okay, start with the good things. they are few, first great location, good large room and good views. Okay, bad things now. poor maintenance, poor upkeep, poor hygiene standards, poor staff training as they hardly smile and stared at you without welcoming feeling, poor breakfast and the bar seems in need of a real cleaning up and makeup. the thing is that this hotel with proper management and care can actually make good business

NOBODY speaks English in this hotel, so we had hard times explaining every simple question or problem. The rooms were not very clean - with dirty stains on the carpet, old furniture and the most shocking - the room was separated from the bathroom and the toilet with a big window!!!

Over priced compared to quality provided by other hotels in the area. It is a great location and the lobby looks nice with marble flooring etc, but the rooms are distinctly average and no better than other rooms provided by cheaper accommodations throughout the city including ones in the central locations around Culture Square and WuLin Square. Don't really recommend, can find better elsewhere.
