Jinjiang Inn Ningbo Zhaohui Road

I chose this hotel trying to stay close to a relative in the city and also to save a few quid on the cost of the whole holiday. I wished I hadn't in the end. You really do get what you pay for (£130 for 4 nights so...) The hot water took nearly 10 minutes to warm up, the bathroom feels like it is a cardboard mock up they might use in Acorn Antiques, it's hard to close the bathroom door when you're on the toilet and directly opposite the toilet is a full length mirror, enough to put anyone off their dumplings... The bed was tiny although I suppose technically a double. The location of the hotel is not recommended to someone unfamiliar with Ningbo, better to be further west. If you're used to such extremely basic accommodation you might be happy to pocket the saving, but I won't be making this mistake again. Avoid.

The room seems clean, A/C works well, the smell is okay (actually it depends on which room you stay). There's no fridge, bathroom door didn't close completely, breakfast wasn't so good. However it's not so bad, but if you are looking for a hotel room with great service, so somewhere pricy.
