Terrible experience with this hotel. The bold receptionist named David is extremely unprofessional. He seemed angry everything he spoke. Not sure what he is so bad about but it's extremely unacceptable to bring that attitude to work.

It is a luxury hotel and the service very 10 out of 10 I recommend the buffet food is also very good and the facilities very clean and comfortable had a phenomenal time. A 1000 out of 10 for your employees 🙌🏻

Our stay was clearly marred and affected by the intense construction works on the facade of the hotel, right in front of our room. Unfortunately, the reception staff was unable or unwilling to remedy the situation, offer us another room, help us in some other way or simply grant us small compensation in the form of a cocktail in the restaurant to enliven the wait until the works were finished. Too bad! This is unprofessional and unacceptable for a 5-star hotel.
