It was one of my best stays in Medellin.! Hotel casa Victoria combines the sophisticated with the simple, the room I give 10/10. Attention was 1A. His staff is excellent. Liseth and the other reception girl who work on the day give you exceptional treatment.! The Davinci bar boy.’ Excellent, prepares you the best drinks, Juan Esteban the gentleman of the reception of the night also gives you excellent Service. Good breakfast.! Good location, only 5 minutes from Santa Fe shopping center, also super close to Andres Beef Medellin. This hotel is cozy and you feel at home, for the good treatment your staff gives you. The beautiful rooms, the super comfortable bed.! The view from the ninth floor where you have breakfast is a sight. I recommend it 100% I give it a 10 out of 10

Hello We are Monica and Jeffrey stayed at the Casa Victoria Hotel from September 30 to October 10 this year. And I wanted to tell you that this hotel is super good the Service is super friendly and cordial especially the breakfasts we were served, also the waiters of the restaurant there are super friendly prepared us a super special dessert with lots of love. There was only a small drawback that one day because we left the notice not to disturb for that WE DID NOT FIX THE PIECE. Then they explained to us that when you leave out the do not disturb notice they respect the privacy of the customer. We've already learned with that lesson so we don't leave out the don't disturb notices. Thank you so much for your patience with us for the TV thing. They really showed off THANK YOU

I was initially assigned to a room facing a wall that was rather miserable, but when I requested for another room they gave me a really lovely one (207) with a balcony and facing the mountains. The room was nice and spacious and the bathroom had running hot water. I however found the breakfast really limited even though the view was gorgeous, and after the first day I decided to walk the 20 minutes to a cafe for a fantastic breakfast. The location was alright, with some restaurants nearby and a 24-hour supermarket just next door which was really useful, but not very close to the heart of El Poblado with all the nice restaurants and cafes, which was a 20-30 min walk away. Another thing that frustrated me about the hotel was the lack of a water dispenser from which to top-up my waterbottle - something which is a basic amenity in most hotels.
