There is absolutely nothing acceptable about the property or its system; I will never stay with them in the future.I had insurance for that reservation, but due to health issues, I had to leave two days early, and they did not refund the money for the remaining nights.

We made a reservation 2 rooms, two nights. The recepcjonist wanted us to pay for the rooms separately stating that the reservation was paid to the booking.com and not to the hotel. Then he stated there was only one room available even though the reservation was possible to be made at the booking.com for two rooms. The longer we tried to explain and ask for the rooms the more irritated this guy was. In the end, he said he could see the reservation but he would not give us the key because there were no free rooms. Poor service, poor receptionist. Very bad welcome to Medellin. It was 22.00 and we had no place to sleep. Thank you, Nutibara. to show the worst side of service.

They charged me over 60 dollars while the correct charge was 40 dollars. The hotel is also not professionally run with broken fossettes and the shower gauge did not even work. All in all, please look for other alternatives to avoid a disappointing vacation.
