Poblado Campestre

Very quiet family atmosphere. Breakfast by the garden is very pleasant, surrounded by plants, various birds and many squirrels that come to the tables to order some food. The waitresses who wait tables and arrange the rooms are very helpful and friendly, as are those in charge of the reception. The location is very convenient, in one of the best neighborhoods of the city, next to the Country Club. It is close to public transport lines and some of the best shopping centers in the city.

This hotel I have known for many years. And it has several characteristics. 1. The kindness of their owners, of the officials is unique. It really feels like home. Better display of the hospitality and way of being of the Antioqueños. 2. The hotel is super well located, is in the heart of the village, half a block from the Medellin club and two minutes drive from the Santa Fe shopping center. 3. This hotel is a house, surely previous from family renovated to a hotel. The hotel is quite old already in terms of its furniture, a renovation would do you super good. But the beds are very comfortable, the internet is very good and the quality of rest in the area is excellent, because it is a really very nice and quiet place. It's not a luxury hotel, not even for business.

Let me start this review by point out the amazong weather of medellin, colombia. So cool and nice. We were 6 guys on a bachelor getaway at he beginning we were a little defensive since the rooms didnt have any air conditioning, but to our surprise it wasnt needed, very cool and 0 humidity at night. The staff was very attentive and helpful. The breakfast was very simple, cereal, milk, orange juice if you got up late the eggs were gone already. Will definitely go back to Medellin but will try another hotel.
