Hotel el prado barranquilla

Everything was much better than the reviews , the pool , the room , the gym , the AC and the staff were excellent. My Margarita was so so but everything else was great

Fair warning to all tourist who dare Stay at this hotel. Be super aware of the elevators which are not safe. I was there for a sweet 15 with my family. We spend a ton of money for my niece's event. Service was horrendous the food was cold for my niece's event and the chef basically said deal with it. The very next day I was in the elevator with my brother-in-law and it fell a floor and a half. The staff tried to rush me out when emergency came to help open the elevator and pretended like nothing happened. I will never step foot in this hotel again

The hotel is beautiful in its common areas, but its rooms are not good at all; we had problems with the room, the air conditioning, the sink... Regarding the hotel service, it is quite average; kindness is completely absent, and there were comments regarding some situations from their employees that were in poor taste, and two people mentioned them. The stay was rather uncomfortable. What a pity, there were many expectations and none were met. I do not recommend it at all.
