This hotel wrongfully charges guests taxes that are not required and refuses check-in unless they are paid. They give you a million reasons to justify why they are charging the tax - all false. The DIAN office at the Airport (Colombia’s tax authority) confirmed the charges are improper, and their claim that you can get a refund at the airport is false. They’re essentially scamming guests. The Wi-Fi is also terrible. Rooms are dated. Avoid this hotel. I will update the review if the hotel resolves the issue. If you see this review they never refunded the improperly charged taxes.

The location of the hotel is perfect, opposite a quiet square near the Zone T. Easy access to three shopping centers, several shops and restaurants. It is only further away from the Historic Center, but the hotel is in a much more practical, pleasant and safe area.
