Top level service and I would recommend this hotel.
The hotel isn’t particularly sophisticated, but it delivers high quality in several key areas. The bed is excellent, the shower has strong water pressure and consistent hot water with good temperature control.
Breakfast, served on the rooftop terrace with a lovely view, offers a wide variety of options — including a made-to-order omelette and scrambled egg station.
The staff is exceptionally attentive, and we felt warmly welcomed throughout our entire stay. All areas of the hotel are spotless and well maintained.
The hotel is located in a business-focused area, more geared toward hotels and conventions. While the neighborhood offers all necessary amenities (restaurants, markets, banks, even a Andrés restaurant etc.), most tourist attractions are a bit farther away. That said, taxis and Uber are widely available in Bogotá and very affordable, making it easy to get around.
