Bogota Royal

I think this is the favorite hotel I've been in. Great rooms, close by convenience stores, and a wide variety of local restaurants. The food in the hotel was great and they gave us a good compensation in service due to some issues outside the control from the hotel staff.

Stay away, it is a horrible service. There was no hot water and no water at all in the shower for two days. I changed twice room because of this. Had to wait an hour in the morning to change rooms. They offered zero compensation. The hotel is aged and furniture is tired. Upon arrival they copied my passport and my US visa. When I protested why they need my US visa copy the front desk guy called Charly git rude and impolite and wanted to cancel my reservation “if I were not happy with their procedures”! After a long argument he gave me back the copy page of my USA visa!!! A very big disappointment. I have stayed in other NH hotels and they are nothing like this.

Mr. Hernán was the kindest during each visit to the hotel restaurant. All services and details in order.
