I arrived at the hotel after missing a flight at El Dorado Airport, and we found that it has very good service considering the stress of the situation and the people arriving there, since flights are generally missed due to the incompetence of the airlines. The food is basic but very tasty, the staff is friendly, and the rooms are extremely comfortable.

Good morning please avoid booking with this hotel TRASH, I made my reservation more than a month ago with Booking and the cheeky ones of that hotel write me that same check-in day while traveling by plane via whatsapp that the hotel was full and that please canceled the reservation, that lack of seriousness nor offered apologies, nor relocation swimaaaa then the time of one and the reservation for them is nothing, save yourself trouble and look for another real hotel (this nor hotel should be called).

SCAM, TAMPERING AND BAD SERVICE! Avoid booking at this location. I booked at the AW Hotel American Travel for its location, price and what they promised on Booking. Upon arrival, I was told that my reservation was unavailable and that I would be relocated without explanation or option. The serious thing is that they canceled my Booking reservation after I was put in another hotel, a clear maneuver to avoid negative ratings and hide fraudulent practices. However, they charged the full stay, without having fulfilled any of the contracted services. What I found in the hotel where I was relocated was shameful: • Small room, without the promised 1.80 m King bed, but two beds separated by a wall. • No minibar, damaged TV, bathroom in terrible condition and without ventilation. • Old towels, dirty sheets that smelled of sweat, bad toilet paper. • I was never given the breakfast included and no one was responsible. • I wasted over an hour between transfers and waiting, without compensation or real apology. In addition, I was never handed the electronic invoice, in breach of the DIAN requirements in Colombia for formal establishments. This reinforces the sense of informality and deliberate evasion. After reviewing other users’ comments, I found that this practice is recurrent: they use this hotel as a bait and then send people to lower-cost hotels, scamming both the guest and the platforms they use to capture reservations. I do not recommend this place under any circumstances. It is a lack of respect, a violation of consumer rights, and a clear example of how platforms like Booking are abused to mislead travelers. Avoid it. Warn him. Report it.
