We were a group of 5 people spread out over 3 different rooms. Stayed for 2 nights. There are quite a few restaurants/ bars and a supermarket all within 2 or 3 blocks. Also transmilenio station is about 7 min walk away although in Bogota taxis and even uber are pretty readily available and also cheap. We booked on a 3d party website ( Booking.com) and just a warning that while prices may vary from other websites ( was actually cheaper!!!) front desk staff was not aware of price differences and wanted to charge me their published "rack rate". Please keep in mind that Non-Colombian citizens are exempt of a 19% Hotel Tax which again....many hotel staff ore not aware of or know how to not charge you. We were also charged for the hotel shuttle (it was still cheap) but just miffed at the nickel and diming since their own website claimed it was a courtesy shuttle. I guess they were trying to make up for the cheap rate I had found online. Overall nice, clean, quite hotel and still very affordable. It was about $30-35 for a double room (without 19% Tax) so still pretty cheap by most standards. Breakfast was simple but good. For our need it was surely adequate. I guess most guests are confused by the "boutique" name which I suppose it is not and expect something more.

I stayed in this hotel for four days while at a conference. It is well located in a fairly quiet area as it does not face busy streets in this traffic ridden city. The staff do not speak any English but luckily I was with some Spanish speaking friends. The staff is however extremely friendly and very helpful. The place is also very clean. It is small with about 16 or so rooms spread over only three floors. There is no elevator and there is no restaurant. There is a small kitchen on the third floor with a small sitting area where breakfast is served. The breakfast is very simple bread, eggs, fruit, coffee. The lack of a restaurant bothered me because it meant going out for dinner or even simple snacks. The rooms lack amenities only tiny soap slivers are in the bathroom nothing else. My shower had good water but the shower head was missing resulting in only a single stream of water. The wifi is free and worked very well. The rooms are very basic. I had an enormous king bed made even bigger because it was two twins put together. The bed was cold for one person and quite hard. Speaking of cold.... Bogota has a climate all year round of between 14 and 17 celsius and it can be colder at night. The hotel does not provide any kind of heating so despite a big blanket I was cold at night even in bed. Walking to and from the bathroom at night made for a lot of chills. The front desk is right in front of the ground floor rooms so that one hears a lot of noise from guests coming and going and many loud conversations can be heard especially conducted by the staff. Now the plus side is that it is very reasonable in price and the area is good. But if you are looking for comfort amenities do not come here. If you are interested in a very simple, clean place at a moderate price then this hotel is a good choice.

After travelling around Colombia I ended my trip in this hotel. It was very nice and clean. The shower was amazing with great pressure and hot water!! Downside is it's not close to many attractions but has nice bars and restaurants around about.
