Tivoli Suites

I would like to know if the hotel is still operating as no date is available, March or April. Someone knows if the hotel shut down or changed its name, for example, if someone indicated if it changed its name or closed or the phone number

The location is in Zona G; very quiet residential area with this 20 suite hotel. IT is far from the city center (35-40 minutes by taxi). There are close shops and restaurants nearby. We had a standard suite. Large queen bed and a sofa bed as well. There was a small kitchenette with microwave, refrigerator, small stovetop and some plates and so forth. The ensuite bathroom was adequate. Those looking for bathtubs will have to look elsewhere at least for this place. Amenities were nice. There is breakfast served here each AM, cooked to order eggs; toast, some local dishes as well as cereals yogurt, coffee/tea. The same area also serves as a restaurant at night, we did not eat there so can not comment on this at all. Staff were super friendly and really tried to be service oriented. Within a few minutes of checking in, there was a call to make sure we were happy with the room. Whenever we had questions to them (in our poor spanish) they tried really hard and accomodated. called us taxi, arranged private transport, etc. This is best suited for those travellers with a little command of spanish; not sure if you would be able to get away with no spanish as the staff spoke very little english if not at all. The location is residential so those looking to be closer to the night life, etc may not prefer this area. That being said, the neibourhood is super safe, clean and lots of shoppes and cute cafe/restaurants within a few blocks of the place. To get to the major sites in bogota - you will need a taxi cab or try to traverse the local bus lines. We took trips into the central area, mont serrat, etc but the cab rides were upwards of 1hr + if during traffic. just things to keep in mind. overall, this is a really nice, cute suite in a safe, friendly residential neiborhood with lots of great staff willing to help and be service oriented. wi-fi was relatively fast as well.

Excellent service. The room was impeccable and so nice. Everything was perfect. I liked the room service and the breakfast is delicious. The bathroom impeccable and the illumination is great. The neighbourhood is very nice.
