I like this hotel with large windows, a good room size, and a good breakfast, although the dining area is very small. Good gym on the top floor. Perhaps I miss having a coffee maker in the room and complimentary water, a common issue with many NH hotels.

As a travel agency, we have used this hotel many times. It was an unpleasant surprise to learn from our clients that upon arriving in the room, they found a cockroach on the bed. The hotel also did not have Wi-Fi. To make matters worse, when they managed to change rooms, there were no towels. The worst part was that with a simple apology, it was understood that everything was resolved. Unfortunately, we will not use it again. It is very disappointing that basic details like hygiene and cleanliness are being neglected.
