The photos published do not correspond to reality. The hotel is pretty run down and the Service bad. I forgot at the start a pair of white gold earrings on the bedside table and they disappeared! The reception didn't even bother to check and answer me. Very little seriousness, absolutely to avoid!

The hotel is a scam, the photos they present on trip advisor or in the RRSS are photos from more than 20 years ago; the hotel is bad, with insects, walking in the reception, rooms, the kitchen is in sight is a horror, they have no awareness of health, the pool with untreated water ; it is a horror... I do not recommend going to this hotel. Cartagena is spectacular and there are sure to be better hotels. The price of this hotel corresponds to a three / four star hotel; this should not reach two stars.

Points to improve: Place a refrigerator in the rooms Water for guests More control with excessive noise from guests. Varied breakfast with coffee, juices, breads, eggs, arepas, cereals, fruits, tea, milk, ham, sausages, but don't go after 8:30am since they don't replenish what they run out of.
