Wonderful hotel!!! Very beautiful, charming, welcoming, and with a spectacular service! All done with a lot of affection to please us.. we announced q was our wedding anniversary and we were surprised with a beautiful room! All attentive and extremely polite staff, especially to Herman and Arnold who made us feel at home with their daily sympathy and joys!

We were surprised! By the photos it was already wonderful, and when we arrived we realized it could be even better! The service is perfect and very professional! I liked every aspect of the hotel, and I felt literally at home! The environment is transformative! I would come back every time I came to Cartagena!

Everything was so lovely and amazing at the Faranda Bantu! We had a wonderful time and will definitely return. We came here to celebrate our birthdays and the staff surprised us and made everything so special. Cannot recommend this hidden gem enough. The staff were friendly and so welcoming and helpful.
