SPA Experience From the very first moment until the very end, this was an absolutely unforgettable experience. I have had massages all over the world, in many luxury hotels and spas, and I can honestly say that this massage ranks among the top three I have ever experienced in my life. Liceth is simply exceptional. I still cannot understand how one person can have so much strength, such incredible technique, and such a professional approach all at the same time. Every movement was precise, every technique perfectly executed, and the entire treatment felt like a masterpiece of relaxation and healing. So much energy. Simple WOW! She has truly golden hands. Her talent, dedication, and passion for what she does can be felt in every second of the massage. I arrived expecting a good treatment, but I left completely amazed and speechless. It exceeded every expectation I had. This was not just a massage; it was an experience that I will remember for many years. Every minute was worth it, every cent was worth it, and I would do it all over again without hesitation. The hotel is a peaceful oasis in Cartagena. We loved that they have held true to the character of the historical building and garden. Being able to use your breakfast credits anytime during the day at Epoca cafe gave us much appreciated flexibility. Epoca has a marvelous menu and coffee. The highlight of my visit was the massage I received from Licette. She worked magic on my tense back and the spa space is beautifuland spacious with a chandelier and other historical deatils.
