Excellent hotel. We stayed in the family suite, which has a beautiful view. The beds are very comfortable, and there is plenty of space for everyone. Everyone is very friendly, and you can use the facilities of the Sofitel. I really loved it.

It was a wonderful stay at the hotel, great location, clean, hot water, top-notch breakfast, and the best pool. I recommend it 100%

We got a great welcome and I really want to thank the hotel for the amenities they provided us as top Accor ALL guests. Atmosphere and vibe were great, very relaxed place and amazing view from the duplex family room. Location is a great plus, very close to the action but not exactly within it. I consider the value I received for the money I paid was fair. Staff in general is helpful and courteous, no complains there. Breakfast in the neighboring partner hotel is okay, but being able to use the pool is a great plus and kids really enjoyed. The thing that bothered me the most is that some parts of the room were obviously not cleaned in a while, and the accumulated dust was probably several weeks old. Also, just before checking out the air conditioner stopped working properly, which is very uncomfortable considering the heat and humidity. Other than these two points, I would definitely consider returning.
