I am still staying in the hotel, which is nice, breakfast very simple, but ok and a very kind staff, however, the shower is something we can classify as terrible and tolerable. We arrived yesterday, settled and when I went to take a bath, there was virtually no water coming out and the little that came out, it was cold. We called the reception, which after stirring and stirring, left the rare pins of extremely hot water. We requested the change of apartment, however, we are practically with the same problem...the water sticks we got, either are cold or extremely hot. We have a problem, since it is very hot and a good bath is essential,

Simple and cozy environment, clean rooms and common areas, service from the reception (especially LERENIS) always excellent. Great location in Getsemani and out of the noise circuit.

The hotel is not safe. The staff stole money from my room and the hotel didn't take over, they didn't even apologize. They claimed it was my fault for not leaving it in the safe (it was inside a wallet that was inside a fanny pack, the staff don’t have to check personal items). I do not recommend staying here at all and if you do keep the money in a safe place. First time in Colombia and I leave disappointed in your people.
