Charleston Cartagena

First time in Cartagena and grateful to be staying here. Reflecting the style and heritage of Colombia, the property was distinct in its authenticity and tastefully decorated. It was in an ideal location and the hotel had all the key amenities we needed. The rooftop pool and restaurant were my favorite features! The breakfasts every morning were fabulous and we had a lot of enjoyment having a night cap in the lobby bar. All the staff were very eager to help and immediately available. The rooms were clean and modern. Did notice a bit of construction and upgrades happening but that didn’t interfere with our stay. I thought the location was excellent and it was very easy to walk everywhere within the walled city. My only suggestion is I wish more of the staff could speak English more effectively.

Since the arrival, I was received with extreme cordiality and attention. The facilities are wonderful, combining history, elegance and comfort in a unique way. The hotel is located in one of the most charming points of Cartagena, allowing you to experience all the magic of the city with a lot of charm and security. The room was impeccably clean, comfortable and very well taken care of. The breakfast was excellent, with variety and quality. The pool area and common spaces are beautiful, providing moments of relaxation with a stunning view of the city. The big difference, however, is the team. All employees showed professionalism, sympathy and genuine concern in making the stay special. Without a doubt, it was a memorable experience. I recommend it with close eyes for those looking for sophistication, comfort and a truly exceptional service in Cartagena. I would come back many times! Cartagena is already charming by itself, but the experience at Charleston Santa Teresa made this trip even more special.

The Charleston Santa Teresa is a great hotel. It has a very good location. Rooms are comfortable and clean. The service is excellent. The only downside is that it was a little noisy at some points. But other than that, it is a great option in Cartagena.
