Of all the Estelar Hotels I have visited, Estelar Paipa is definitely the king. Not only for its impeccable facilities, the nature surrounding it, or the excellent food, but for something even more valuable: its people. I want to especially congratulate Mr. Henry, Mr. Josué, and Angie, although the recognition is for the entire team. The warmth, respect, cordiality, and care for each person make this place feel not like a hotel, but like a true space for rest and well-being. This year I stayed in three different Estelar hotels, and none compare to Paipa. Here they truly understand what it means to make a guest feel special.

The hotel facilities are very well maintained and provide a pleasant environment for relaxation. My husband and I especially want to highlight the excellent service from all the staff, who were always kind, attentive, and willing to help. We would like to extend a special thank you to the staff at the pool and jacuzzi area (Duban and Carlos) for their kindness and dedication, to the reception team (Angie and Johana), and to the restaurant-bar team (Henry, German) who always make the stay more enjoyable. Without a doubt, it was a very pleasant experience and I would stay here again. Thank you very much to the entire team!
