I live in Bogota and want to do an event on the premises of this hotel. First a gentleman answered me and tells me that the events person is in a meeting and to call her later, tells me to dial ext 102. I did call later and it happens that 102 does not correspond to events and they answer but hang up, after 5 attempts all cn hung on board, I decided to call Management, they also answer and hang up. Are you clear that this is customer service and that you will pay for a service? Do you think it is free or that it is a favor? PLEASE GENTLEMEN, I WASTED AN HOUR TRYING TO GET A SERVICE. I decided not to insist because the reflection is: IF SO TO TAKE A CALL TO QUOTE ME, HOW WILL THE SERVICE BE?
