Luxor Condina Hotel Pereira

It's the worst hotel I've ever met. They canceled the reservation the moment I arrived and gave me no solutions. The super-rude and unkind reception man. 0 recommended. Hopefully they'll never stay in this hotel and throw that gentleman out, horrible.

This hotel is not even the trace of what it shows in the photos, maybe in the past it was but now you even find company in the room (cockroaches) and not to mention the strong stench that comes out of the rooms. It was a shame as an organizer to have taken a delegation from Casanare to a place like these and very inconvenient since it has no garage, the staff does not even know where it is standing and they can even put you to make the toilet of your own room according to we heard another guest, so in bad taste that while we checked-in we said that it would only be for one night the stay that originally should have lasted 2 weeks.

I spent 3 nights with my wife in Luxor Condina, and we really enjoyed our stay. Positive: - Air conditioning, not absolutely necessary (Pereira is not that hot in the night, and in any case, cheaper rooms have fan), but nice as our room (204) had the window toward the inner court of the hotel, and it was sometimes noisy when open. - Room was clean - Staff was very nice - Hotel located in a street closed to traffic, therefore quiet, even if there is always a lot of people outside Could be improved: - Breakfast: a bit simple, especially if you are vegetarian or don't eat eggs. You'll get fruits and bread (with and without cheese), that's about it. In general, it's a good and no so expensive hotel.
