On June 28, we were denied lunch service in the main restaurant; the restaurant manager aggressively kicked us out without even saying a word. We understand the restaurant rules, but they did not give us an alternative to have lunch outside. It was a very unpleasant and inhumane experience since we were with my son, and that is not how to treat guests. I hope they take measures.
Regarding the room, the power outlets on the left side of the bed did not work, nor did the lamp, and although we reported the damage, they did not fix it. A vent located in the ceiling at the entrance of the room had a leak and wet my clothes that I had placed there. The room had no ventilation at all.
