When I arrive at the hotel (for which edreams charges me 120 euros a night) it turns out it is in the works! Holes at the entrance, scaffolding, workers down the hallways (I have photos), rooms with mold on the walls, cockroaches, no hot water throughout the hotel, unsanitary conditions and security risks, leaky ceilings, air plugs... I complain and request to speak to the director, who in a chulesque tone tells me that edreams had knowledge that they were in the works. I demanded the money back and in his same superb attitude he told me to demand it from the tour operator that he would do nothing. I try to contact edreams and...nothing! All the time the AI. ALL GUESTS COMPLAINING I filed a complaint at the tourist concierge, the health concierge, the fire department and demanded a health and safety inspection and was told that they had already closed their hotel in January and would do so again after this complaint. They trashed my vacation.

From the very beginning our stay here was a disaster. When we arrived the receptionist tried to scam us by saying rooms with a sea view cost extra. All rooms have a sea view. Then the WiFi didn’t work in my room. And even in areas where it was showing a signal there was no data available. There were construction works going on which made rest during the day impossible. Areas of the hotel were dirty and uncared for. The whole place was old and tired. The staff didn’t care and didn’t respond to any complaints. Any repairs made were patchwork and tatty. Like white mastic between pains of glass. Very very poor
