In the photos, the room appears decorated, with a mini-fridge and air conditioning, and it is all a lie. We needed refrigeration to store the insulin, and they sent us a fridge that did not work. The next day, I had to go to another hotel, giving up on the accommodation due to the terrible conditions. Please do NOT fall into this trap.

I was staying with my family from March 31 to April 4, for 7 people we booked 3 rooms and the first night we were given one of the rooms (805) the air was damaged, super hot air came out, too much and we went down to reception to ask for room change and we were given solution until the next day, so we had to settle in the same room, if a service is being paid they must solve immediately. Room 812 also presented air faults and did not change our room. In general, service is lacking, I rescue that if it is facing the sea, but the rooms are abandoned, damaged doors and rusty material, do not change sheets. I wouldn't go back to the same hotel.
