The hotel experience was the worst. The day before, we were called to inform us that we would be changed for a night, the first, and that the next day we should check up at 12:00 m and we would be delivered to another hotel at 5:00 pm. We did not accept it, we requested that they resolve the internal situation and comply with the initial agreement. While on the island, we were called twice with the same information; the last one was half an hour before check in: the coordinator, Paola, communicated that On Vacation remained in position and that we do not approach the hotel because we will not be accepted there the first night. The information was always taxing. When we arrived at the Caribbeam On Vacation, the bad-faced receptionists gave us the room. We were assigned a room on the 4th floor, no elevator, the hotel also has no bellboy service. The room was with water, the toilet roll almost to finish, no towels... They do not make toilets in the rooms, because according to the people of the reception is only done once during the stay, even if you spend 4 nights in the hotel. This was reported after the first night, seeing that they had not cleaned and making the call for attention. I wouldn't recommend this hotel and the On VACATION chain Run away if you see these names...
