On Vacation Coral Flower

this hotel is good only for one night, the services for the hotel are so so, the attencion is n´t good, they are a lot of food but the quality is bad, the rooms have air conditioner but the cleaning is terrible, the pool has a bad location into the hotel is too near to the restaurant and we feel embarrassed to used, the good is near to the beach.

This is an all inclusive hotel option on the lower budget scale. I needed a 1 night room before moving to our other hotel. The hotel staff are super friendly and offer advice and the location is fantastic. I right this review at the risk of sounding like a travel snob. But this is a hotel, which is not terrible, but really for those travellers looking for a bargin and dont mind to rough it a bit. The food was not great, but it was not terriable either, I probably would not eat there but only because I dont enjoy oily buffet type food. But it was not shocking. My husband found dead cockroaches in the bathroom, the room however was well clean and the bedding was fresh. There is free alcahol, but you have to sit in the common areas along with the rest of the guests on plastic chairs, so you have rowdy guests who make full use of this option. Was not really my speed and sitting on plastic chairs that someone else was just sitting on after comming back from the beach was not my thing. Overall, if you looking for a cheap place and dont mind the crowds of people that make use of a hotel like this, this is the place for you. I probably would not be a repeat visitor, but only because its just not my type of place and not that I thought it was terrible. There is Wifi, but only in the lobby.

The location was nice, close to the beach as well as restaurants and retail stores. The food was amazing , I loved the buffet style they had, and I was always excited for what the next meal was gonna be like. The manager was not good under pressure handling some customers with complaints she flipped out and started yelling at the customer. The power also went out several times making the room incredibly hot and hard to sleep because it got so humid and hot, also the manager made us get out the room at noon on the last day for an unknown reason, but with the free alcohol and generally nice staff and amazing food turned out a great experience.
