Tequendama Inn Estacion

This feels like a grand institution from the past fallen on hard times, and in Buenaventura that means something. The whole building is chronically undermaintained - no room keys while I stayed, shower heads removed in all three rooms I checked. Staff are demoralised.

The hotel is one of the worst I have stayed in. It's old and it feels like instead of upgrading the hotel, they have just been patching it up and doing a poor job of it. Its a shame that they have let it go to waste.

This is and old building (almost 100 years old), they have a good service, it's clean and the hotel offers a pretty view, but they really need to invest in the rooms. The hotel is comfortable enough if you go for a shot trip, the bathrooms aren't nice, but again, it's clean and organized. There are not a lot of options in Buenaventura besides this hotel an Cosmos Pacifico, and both of them are located in the "best" part of the city.
