Worst place ever been attacked by a drug addict and the hotel ain’t got no security plus no breakfast which it was included on the hotel payment also the administrator Harey is a administrator with a lack of integrity they don’t take cares just to avoid the fee that they have to pay to the government and required Colombian money and walking customers to the exchange places It’s a very unpleasant experience

It is a great hotel, with very good service, the best rooms and facilities, I love the food, it is delicious, good quality, fresh, the pool is the best, for my children it was the best and for my wife too

They do not respect reservations. Personnel not trained for customer service. We booked 20 days in advance and the same day we arrived we reconfirmed the reservation by phone. And they didn't give us a room in that hotel. More than an hour later they sent us to another one, we were with sleeping children and married couples from a super long trip, but they don't care about that.
